Here are answers to just a few of the frequently asked questions about the Iron Star’s fitness career.

It’s simple, the motivation must come from within you! I have the passion and love for fitness and evolution, it became a way of life and a part of my existence, I love to see progression and improvement and that's what drives me!

You generally want to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours to keep your body in an anabolic growth state and keep your metabolism surging.

It depends on what your goal is, if you want to maintain and stay in shape then you would only need to eat properly and train 3-4 days a week but if you want to break peaks and evolve your muscle mass then I suggest you workout 5-6 days a week.

Most of my workouts include HIIT (high, interval, intensity, training), this allows me to build muscle and burn fat without dedicating any time on the treadmill, however during competition peeks I do incorporate a cardio session in the morning for about 25 to 30 minutes and not more permitting me to retain my muscle mass.

During a competition I usually maintain a strict diet, but during my off seasons I allow myself 1-2 cheat meals a week.

This is due to the benefits of a flexible diet, since most cheat meals contain glycogen in which you lose a lot during working outs, this can help replenish your glycogen level and help promotes muscle strength and endurance, the necessary essentials when you want to take your physique to another level.
